How much does Skintite cost?
Skintite is free to download and use. However, you do need to purchase a license to save Cad files (Step and Iges). Currently Skintite is in beta testing, so a license doesn't cost anything. When the beta testing is done we will start charging for licenses (sometime in 2018). A one week license will cost around $59 and a one year license will cost around $800.
How do I purchase a license?
Go to the 'License' pull down menu and select 'Buy a License'. Or if you attempt to save a Cad file, Skintite will tell you that you don't have a license and ask you if you want to purchase one.
If a new version of Skintite is available, can I upgrade?
Yes, you can download and install the latest version of Skintite at any time, even if you currently have a license. You don't need to uninstall Skintite before installing the new version, and your license will work with the new version.
